î Board Member, Eoin O'Driscoll - Managing Director of Aderra
Eoin founded Aderra in 2002 to provide consulting in Strategy, Technology and Change Management.  Prior to 2002, Eoin held senior positions with a number of US high technology companies and served as a vice president of Lucent Technologies, Ascend Communications, Stratus Computers and Wang Laboratories.
In addition to being on the Board of the early stage telecommunications companies  enet, Shenick Network Systems and PXIT, Eoin is a Chairman of Forfas, Chairman of the International Centre for Education & Learning Technologies (ICELT) at the National College of Ireland and President of the American Chamber of Commerce in Ireland.
 

î Board Advisor for Medical Products, Jim Walsh, Ph.D,

Jim Walsh has 20 years general management experience in the Healthcare industry with particular experience in Diagnostics.  He is an executive Director and Chief Operating Officer with Trinity Biotech Plc, (NASDAQ: TRIB) an Irish Diagnostics company and  is also a Non Executive Director of  PuriCore Plc. (LSE: PURI) a US based  Healthcare company.  Dr Walsh is CEO of Stokes Bio Ltd. an Irish based Microfluidics Company specialising in the area of Molecular Diagnostics. He also holds Non Executive Director positions with a number of early stage biotechnology companies.  

Previously Dr. Walsh was Managing Director of Cambridge Diagnostics Ltd. a wholly owned subsidiary of Inverness Medical Innovations Inc (AMEX:  IMA). Before joining CDL he worked with Fleming GmbH as R&D Manager.

Born in Ireland in 1958, Dr Walsh is a graduate of the National University of Ireland and holds a Doctorate in Inorganic Chemistry and Post Doctorate qualifications in Immunochemistry
